What Litten's stats tell you

Litten has 90 HP, 1.06× attack and 107 speed in the fixed 29-starter snapshot. Its speed matches Scorbunny and is one point below Froakie. Litten is in S tier, although that label does not erase its lower HP relative to bulkier fire partners.

The lowest HP in the six-member S tier belongs to Treecko at 88, not Litten. Litten's own score comes from equally weighted normalized HP, attack and speed; no first-move damage or cooldown is included.

Starting move: Ember

Litten begins with Ember, a fire projectile aimed at the nearest enemy with a burn effect. Keeping a path open while the projectile fires is an inference from that ranged behavior. It is not evidence that Litten clears a particular stage or outperforms every melee starter.

In the pinned move definitions, Ember can evolve into Fire Blast. Ember must reach level 5, and an attack upgrade must have been taken during the current run, before the gold evolution card is eligible. The prerequisites alone do not grant the evolution.

Litten compared with Scorbunny and Tepig

Scorbunny has 92 HP and 1.09× attack at the same 107 speed. With Ember shared by both, Scorbunny leads all three recorded stats or ties them. Litten's S label should therefore not be read as a claim that the two are statistically identical.

Tepig reverses the emphasis with 99 HP, 1.05× attack and 97 speed. Litten gains 10 speed points and 0.01 attack multiplier while losing 9 HP. For another fire reference, Fuecoco has 100 HP, 1.05× attack and 93 speed: 10 more HP and 14 less speed than Litten.
