See the tier method and full tableWhat Scorbunny's stats tell you
At 1.09×, Scorbunny has the highest base attack multiplier among these 29 starters. Its 107 game speed is one point below Froakie's leading 108, while 92 HP is 18 below Slowpoke's 110. It leads the composite score without leading every individual stat.
Those values place Scorbunny in the site's S tier. The score weights attack, HP and speed equally after normalizing each against the roster maximum. It does not model move coverage, upgrades, incoming damage or a player's movement.
Starting move: Ember
Ember is a fire projectile that targets the nearest enemy and applies burn. The move definition supports a ranged starting option; maintaining room to move is a reasonable inference from that behavior, rather than a tested survival strategy.
The pinned move data defines Ember's move evolution as Fire Blast. First raise Ember to level 5 and take the attack upgrade during the current run; the evolution can then become a gold-card option. Meeting the prerequisites does not automatically evolve the move.
Scorbunny compared with Litten and Tepig
Litten also starts with Ember and has 107 speed, but its 90 HP and 1.06× attack are below Scorbunny's 92 and 1.09×. This is a comparison of matching starting moves and speed, with Scorbunny ahead on the other two recorded stats.
Tepig offers a different tradeoff: 99 HP, 1.05× attack and 97 speed. Choosing it exchanges 10 speed points and 0.04 of attack multiplier for 7 extra HP. The equal-weight score favors Scorbunny, but it cannot tell you how much that extra HP matters in your run.
Finding Scorbunny in the roster

Common questions about Scorbunny
Is Scorbunny the strongest starter?
It has the highest three-stat composite score in this snapshot and is in S tier. That is a base-stat comparison, not a tested win-rate or survival ranking.
Is Scorbunny faster than Froakie?
No. Scorbunny has 107 game speed; Froakie has 108. Scorbunny instead has higher HP and attack in the same snapshot.
Does this guide give a Raboot evolution level?
No. These sources establish Ember's move evolution, but do not establish a Pokémon evolution route or level for Scorbunny in PokeSurvivor.
